5 steps to Lose 25 pounds in 3 weeks !

Let me explain how I done this step by step.

OK so here it goes.

1. Quit eating sugar eliminate this from your diet as research shows this is the number one thing that causes you to gain weight. Without cutting sugar out of your diet you can forget about your weight loss all together. yes sugar is only a small amount of weight gain but it's a big factor.

2. Do not eat veggies that grow beneath the earth like carrots and potato's to name a couple. carrots for example behave as a carbohydrate and they cause a spike in your blood sugar level. This increases your insulin level and it puts your body into a storage mode for fat then any fats that are consumed in this stage will be stored as just that fat. so don't combine carrots with fatty foods.


3.Do not eat fruit for like the first 12 days fruit contains sugar. 1 watermelon wedge 1/8 Th of a melon is about 280 grams of sugar that would add up quick if we mixed up various fruits. 

4. Drink plenty of water as it purifies the mind body and soul and cleans out any toxins in your body and yep you guessed it do not eat anything after 6pm or during the night for any reason eating at night then laying down to sleep packs on pounds faster than you can say wow! 

5.Exercise but not like you would in a gym 30 Min's a day can do wonders when you do the other 4 things we spoke about.
