1.    Staying fit and healthy starts with a regular and a balanced diet. Know and keep up with the right weight for your age and height. Consult with your doctor to learn exactly what food you should be avoiding and follow your eating discipline routines all month. If you are trying to lose some of that weight, foods with very high calories should be omitted completely from your meals. Food that is with high fiber and low fat should be included and priority in your grocery list instead of  all that red meat, sugars and fats.

2.    Drink plenty of water to clean out your system. Drinking at least eight glasses of water everyday. This cleanses the body from impurities. It is also advised for lactating women to increase water intake to keep the body very  hydrated.

3.    Take all in one Vitamins and Supplements. Do not forget your Calcium supplement.  Sufficient Calcium intake is super  beneficial for women of all ages. This has been proven to prevent having cramps and Pre-Menstrual Period (PMS) Symptoms. It also prevents Osteoporosis especially for menopausal women. Vitamin E boosts strong immune system. Women who go through menopausal period should take Vitamin E-400 as it helps stop night sweats and hot flashes. Also, Vitamin E is said to be the best in avoiding wrinkles when getting old aka aging.

4.    Quit smoking. If you are a smoker, stop. It is also a big “Hell NO” for pregnant women, as this will affect the overall health of the baby. Pregnant women who smoke during pregnancy may pass the harmful content of cigarettes to babies through the bloodstream. Recent studies have shown that women smokers are more prone to all diseases than men smokers. Women who smoke have a very high risk of getting breast cancer. Also try to limit your alcohol intake.

5.    Incorporate exercises into your daily routine. Take a long walk after work, use stairs instead of the elevator or play with your kids when you are at the house. Home exercises are also highly effective especially when you don't have the time to go to the gym and would like to lose some extra weight. Yoga and Pilate's are only a few of the many effective exercises you can do at home. Exercises help in limiting the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

6.    Avoid stress as much as you can. Many women are prone to too much stress. Stress has been known as cause to many sicknesses. As much as possible take the time to relax. Read a good book, hang out with friends and engage into sports. Treat yourself by going to parlors or you can do some shopping. And do not forget to get enough sleep to revive all your energy.

7.    Use sunscreen to protect your skin from the harmful rays of the bright sun. Wear a hat when under the sun to protect your skin. Too much sun is bad for your beautiful skin. The skin is prone to cancer when exposed to too much sunlight. It also speeds up the aging of skin cells, which causes wrinkles to women.

8.    Make sure to visit your dentist on a regular to keep that beautiful smile. Always have it cleaned to prevent awful cavities and bad breath.

9.    Visit your Gynecologist. Women who are sixteen to eighteen and above should have their Physical Examination annually especially for the Full Pap Smear test. Women who are forty to fifty and up should have their mammograms and the Breast self-exam is also encouraged once puberty has been reached and should become a habit as they mature

10.     Safe sex is strongly recommended. Always use condoms to prevent sexually transmitted diseases.

Dealing with a failure to lose weight!

We all want to change something about ourselves. There is always something that we wish to change in our life.  Dealing with something that we want to make different is not always easy but we have to figure out the best ways to make it happen.  There are many people are trying to change the way that they look and their weight in general.  This is going to be a very challenging idea and something that takes a lot of will power and hard work.

How many times have you tried a diet and failed?  This can be very disappointing.  It is very hard to realize that you are not losing the weight that you projected you'd lose and be the size that you have dreamed about. but with the right state of mind and a little bit of help you can make your dreams a reality you just have to keep at it. 

The one thing that you can certainly do is make sure that you always keep a positive mind and always keeps telling yourself that you are better than those who have quit.  You are someone that is important and that should give your diet the best possible try that you can. Being positive is all part of making a diet work for you in the long run. 

Make sure that you are serious about your drastic weight loss plan. You need to know that there is absolutely no room for failure and that you are going to make this happen for you no matter what.  Sometimes we may not be able to succeed at a weight loss diet because there is something else going on in our life.  Maybe we have a big problem that lies deep beneath that we are having a hard time dealing with.  If this happens we need to be sure and seek help for it and get started on a good method of healing.

Staying focused is something that is very much important too.  There are many reasons why we need to be sincere and realize that this is something that we defiantly want to do.  Being disciplined is something that is a must when we want to lose weight and make ourselves feel a lot better.  We need to know what we have to do in order to make our goal a reality and be the weight that we want to be overall. 

Take a little bit of time to listen to your heart and what you want to be.  Are you ready for the challenges that you face along with dieting and not being a failure?  Is this something that you are physically and emotionally and mentally  ready to do?  Make sure that you are strong and able to handle this type of process.  Being ready for the challenge is something that you should come to realize so that you are not losing site of what the impertinence is. 

If things are not going your way you need to figure out a plan to make it right.  Make sure that you are checking out all the options that you have and all that is going on.  Give yourself a ample amount of time to make your weight loss dreams a goal that is going to happen for you.  There is no need to pressure yourself into something that you are not completely ready for. 

Remember you are not a failure you are a success story.  As long as you have dreams and goals set for yourself you are going to make it all happen.  Giving your best shot and keeping sight of what is important will give you the help and the reinforcement that you need.  Just be positive and never give up on yourself.  you are not a failure as long as you give it your all.
