Don't be fat be healthy!

Most foods have some kind of fat so getting rid of fat all together is not healthy because you need some fat in your diet however food containing thees fats are not... Sources of unhealthy fats come from eggs, meat, dairy and tropical oils

Good fats include monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats


 Saturated fats and trans fats grams should be less than 10% of your total calories for the day.


Eat healthy fruits which include pomegranates, kiwis, strawberry's, apples, oranges, pairs, peaches, and
plums...


Don't eat thees meats they are bad for your health despite what people think.


Lamb,Beef,Pork,Bacon,and one of the worst is Salami...


Balance is key when trying to eat healthy and achieve a drastic weight loss...
